Frequently asked questions

Question

What are your service areas?

True Line Property Management proudly serves a wide range of communities throughout Colorado, including Denver, Englewood, Centennial, Lone Tree, Parker, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Aurora, and Castle Rock. For the right project and pricing, we’re also available to travel to Colorado Springs. If you’re unsure whether your home or business is within our service area, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to discuss your location and how we can help.

Question

How do you determine pricing for your services?

We determine pricing based on several key factors, including the size and scope of the job, the materials and equipment required, and the estimated labor involved. While we have base prices for each service to provide a starting point, final pricing is typically confirmed after an in-person or photo-based estimate. This ensures that you receive fair, accurate pricing tailored to your specific project. We also consider travel time, site conditions, and any special requests when preparing your quote. Transparency is important to us, so we’ll always walk you through the estimate before starting any work.

Question

How do I get in contact with you?

Getting in touch with us is easy! You can reach True Line Property Management by phone at 720-641-9372 or by email at [email protected]. You can also send us a message through our social media pages or use the contact/request form on our Jobber or Yardbook profiles. Whether you need a quote, have a question, or want to schedule a service, we’re here and ready to help!

Question

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes! We offer free, no-obligation estimates for all services. Quotes can be done in person or virtually (with photos and job details provided).

Question

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards and online payments securely through Jobber and we accept payments via Venmo. We do not accept checks or CashApp. Unless discussed during your estimate, full payment is expected before work begins.

Question

What happens if I want to add something mid-project?

If you'd like to add a task or we discover something needing attention during the job, we’ll pause and issue a new estimate before continuing. This ensures clear communication and agreement before any extra work is done.
